Stuart M. Kuritsky

Stuart Kuritsky is a 1982 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law where he was an editor of the Rutgers Law Review. Stuart began his career in the litigation department of Hannoch Weismann.
Stuart focuses his general litigation practice in the areas of commercial, medical malpractice and personal injury litigation and counsels many business clients in their day to day matters toward the end of avoiding litigation. Stuart also participates in alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation.
Stuart practices in both state and federal court and is admitted to the Bars of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court in New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
