Roy “Jay ” J. Thibodaux III
Associate
Jay Thibodaux is an associate with the firm's litigation group. He represents individuals and corporate clients in a wide range of litigation including commercial disputes, estate litigation, personal injury and products liability claims and special civil court matters. Jay received his J.D. degree cum laude from the Seton Hall Law School in 2005 after earning his B.S. in accounting from the Louisiana State University in 1999 and his M.B.A. from the University of New Orleans in 2001. While in law school Jay was a member of the Seton Hall Sports and Entertainment Law Journal, a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board and an inductee into the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
From 2005 to 2006, Jays served as law clerk to the Honorable Howard H. Kestin in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
Jay is admitted to the Bars of the States of New Jersey and New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
