Robert J. Giasullo

Robert Giasullo graduated with honors from Rutgers University Law School in Newark, New Jersey, and began his law practice as an associate in the tax and corporate departments of the law firm of Hannoch Weisman.
Robert currently concentrates his practice in the areas of

- commercial transactions,
- commercial and residential real estate matters,
- contract law,
- representation of borrowers and lenders in connection with real estate and asset backed financing,
