John C. Messina, Esq. is a 1985 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law. Prior to obtaining his law degree, John earned an MBA in Finance at New York University in 1978. After obtaining his MBA, John had 10 years of experience working for Dun & Bradstreet and AT&T in the financial and telecommunications industries before joining the law firm of Bursik, Kuritsky & Giasullo. He has diverse legal experience and now focuses his litigation practice in the following areas:
- complex commercial litigation
- contracts and business litigation and counseling
- medical malpractice and personal injury
John's commercial litigation and business counseling practice ranges from working with closely held family businesses to representing large multinational corporations. His practice in the areas of medical malpractice, product defect, personal injury and discrimination claims have resulted in multimillion dollar settlements/verdicts.
